Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding the accommodation we booked with your establishment. Upon arrival at reception, we were informed that the accommodation itself was located approximately 15 minutes away and that there would be no staff present on site. We were simply given the keys and a phone number in case of emergency. When we arrived at the property, we were extremely uncomfortable and honestly felt unsafe. The entire area appeared deserted, with empty houses everywhere, no visible staff or assistance, and no signs of activity at all. The terraces were not maintained, with wood pieces and overgrown grass scattered around, giving the impression that the property had not been occupied or cared for since the winter season. Additionally, the entrance door handle was broken, which immediately increased our concern about the overall maintenance and security of the accommodation. Although the key still opened the door, this is absolutely not acceptable for a property welcoming guests. Inside, while the house may have been superficially clean, it felt extremely basic, poorly maintained, and far below what was presented online. We also noticed old dusty vehicles parked around the site that clearly had not moved for a very long time, which further contributed to the feeling of abandonment and insecurity. We then attempted to locate the Wi-Fi information, but nothing was clearly indicated or easily accessible. At that point, we realized that if any issue or emergency occurred, there would be nobody available nearby to assist us. As two women traveling alone, this situation made us feel genuinely unsafe, especially considering the isolated location, the absence of staff, and the weather conditions announced that evening. For these reasons, we decided to leave immediately and book another hotel nearby where we finally felt welcomed, reassured, and secure.

Totally no signal : phone, WiFi... Impossible to stay there for work with your computer... The bed isn't very comfortable (specially pillow) Could be better to have light curtain too and not only dark one as to have privacy we have to close everything otherwise it's full windows view.

Ho trascorso solo una notte e sono rimasta molto colpita. L'intero complesso è molto silenzioso, la vista è meravigliosa e di notte si vedono tante stelle. La nostra camera matrimoniale molto bella, con l'uscita che dà direttamente sulla terrazza. Non sapevo che pagando il soggiorno si ha poi accesso a diversi servizi aggiuntivi come la sauna, la piscina e la jacuzzi nella struttura del check in MH Milfontes! La receptionista molto disponibile e professionale, mi sono sentita subito accolta. Andateci!

Se proprio devo trovare un'unica pecca, lo scarico del bagno della camera matrimoniale non funzionava molto bene. E, solo un consiglio e non una critica, se siete in auto cercate di arrivare quando c'è ancora luce perché la strada che porta al complesso è molto buia e non aiuta anche la strada in sé piena di fossi. Per il resto consigliatissimo.

Lugar calmo, aprazível, com vista bonita para o rio

O acesso ao alojamento, terra batida irregular, passagem estreita e poucos lugares de estacionamento perto do alojamento.

The view. The peace and quiet.The scenery. Would make a good location for nature holiday with improved facilities.

Tortuous access. Not convenient for beaches or commercial facilities. The location views Vila Nova de Milfontes from afar. Wi-Fi was poor. Parking difficult when full.

A calma do local

Preço exagerado por levar um animal de estimação. Levei um cão, paguei um exagero e não tive nada para o animal. Não havia uma cama, uma taça para comer ou água, nem um brinquedo. O colchão era muito desagradável e acordámos todos os dias com muitas dores. O estúdio esteve sempre cheio de melgas, não havia, uma vela, um incenso, nada para evitar. A TV não tinha os canais nacionais. O WC apesar de limpo, tinha uma das portas da banheira inexistente, visivelmente porque foi partida e não recolocada. Na relação qualidade preço ficou muito aquém do que era esperado
