New seafront studio

Τα studios είναι σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών από το κέντρο της Παλαιά Φώκαιας, με αυτοκίνητο, διαθέτουν μία μικρή αυλή όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου με θέα την θάλασσα. Εμάς μας εξυπηρέτησε ιδιαίτερα το bar-restaurant και mini market Me Gusta, το οποίο είναι ακριβώς δίπλα σε πολύ ωραίο περιβάλλον και εξυπηρετεί από το πρωί έως το βράδυ με πολύ καλής ποιότητας φαγητό και εξυπηρέτηση.

Καλό θα ήταν να καθαρίζονται οι είσοδοι των studios γιατί συνήθως έχει αέρα στην περιοχή και μαζεύονται φύλλα και σκουπίδια.

The AC worked - yay.

The space was incredibly dirty: black mould stains on the ceiling, dirt in every corner, filthy remains from toothpaste in the bathroom. Further, the room had a very strange smell - something between fart and feet. There was no-one to do the check-in/-out: they just put the key into the door. The "terrace" in front of the room was used as a garbage dumb (storage of a broken AC and other stuff) and our request to remove the stuff was simply ignored. The advertised "seafront" must be translated into "view on a parking lot". What you see in the photos online is a complete misrepresentation of what you get.

I did not like anything. The place was full of dirt and hair. We saw 3 cockroaches, and the entrance of the location was a garbage dump. Many of the amenities like hair dried, tv, iron were not there. Furthermore, the place smell so bad that they even tried to cover up with a sort of scent diffuser, yet the smell was terrible. This place is a scam, please DONT stay here. It is dirty and the amenities does not reflect reality.

Could see that the unit was recently built upgraded, some electrical connections were not completed. For instance lights by the bed were not working, plugs were missing inside the wall. The cutlery minimal and we had to borrow cups from the nearby restaurant.
