The grounds are beautiful and the view is fantastic! The rooms were adequately equipped and we received a very friendly welcome. There are many cats living with the family.

The water was sometimes difficult to heat (shower, kitchen).

Wonderfull with nice view over Ferentillo. House is a bit remote for us pelgrims walking to Rome. But hostess Doda was very helpful with her car.

Guesthouse Runcini is perfectly perched above the city of Ferentillo and offers spectacular views of the township & hills. The rooms were immaculate and the host Doda treated us ike we were part of their family. I really do recommend this accommodation for the location & comfort - a tranquil & relaxing place to stay
