Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. The immediate access from the road is shared with a small holding operating a dairy unit, there may be cows crossing at times. Both bedroom suites can accommodate a cot for a baby, but the open-plan stairs are not suitable for toddlers and young children. Please note this is a working farm and there may be disturbances during the day/evening at certain times of the year.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "A lovely comforting stay in a beautiful environment."

Beautiful location, quite and peaceful with no distractions, bed was extremely comfortable with a very nice mattress and the décor was really nice and had a comforting/homey feel.

Only thing would be the WiFi connection isn’t the strongest, that didn’t really matter to us, it’s a beautiful location so didn’t really feel the need to sit on your phone.

"How can you not love a beautifully converted barn in a rural setting!"

A wonderful location. Sheep, Shetland ponies, bats, birds and best of all 2 spaniels!

That we couldn't stay longer or spend more time wildlife watching.
