Terre di Cavalusi Relais

Super peaceful location yet close to plenty of great places! The friendly family run operation makes you really feel like a guest, not a customer. The breakfast selection was incredible and the usage of of the kitchen at any time for snacks or meals was great.

Nothing really. The bed was a little small and short for me, but nothing out of the ordinary.

We had a wonderful stay at Terre di Cavalusi Relais. Our room was perfectly clean. The furniture and all the amenities in the room are high quality. The kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you need for breakfast including fresh products every morning. We also enjoyed very much the location. Quiet and peaceful but also close by the car to some great atractions: like the famous castle. Also many sicilian restaurants nearby. Thank you for your hospitality !

Our stay at Terre di Cavalusi, near Ragusa, was absolutely wonderful. The farmhouse is beautifully decorated, with incredible attention to detail that made every corner feel special. Our hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming—we truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. We loved our room and were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade. The shower was to die for—definitely one of the highlights! Breakfast was a delight every morning, carefully prepared and waiting for us at the table. A peaceful, charming place that we’ll definitely remember. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful, the room, the host, the villa, the breakfast, the ambience! Would highly recommend to spend some quiet and peacful days in the countryside. You're in the middle of nowhere, but the beach is still only 15-20 min away, and Ragusa is also very easy to reach.

We hired a car from Catania airport and drove, via Ragusa town to this remote property. We'd booked the suite and had the whole place to ourselves for the first few days until another couple arrived in one of the other rooms. Our hosts, Andrea and Daniel (both owners but don't reside onsite), could not have been more attentive to our needs. Daniel greeted us and gave us a full tour of the beautifully restored property, giving us anecdotes as we went: - our suite (including personal jacuzzi!) - the pool and outside lounge area - the roof-top terrace - the communal, very large 'farmhouse' kitchen with all the ingredients and equipment to self-cater, plus the generous daily offerings of local delicacies (sweet and savoury), left for us to try It was perfect location to enjoy the main sites ... my partner is an Inspector Montalbano fan so we had to visit his apartment in Spaiggia di Punta, the police station in Scicli town and mafia house in Donnafugata castle! He also found a local padel club and got some coaching and games with the locals whilst I relaxed by the pool! The property was immaculately clean and just stunning - all senses were indulged with the warm sun, sweet scents of the various fruits and flowers, sounds of the wildlife amongst the peace and tranquility, taste of the local cuisine left for us and spectacular views of the Sicilian countryside. We hope to come back and will be telling all our friends about it - would make a perfect location for a whole family to book and make some forever memories. Thank you guys - you were fantastic!!! Absolutely nothing!

I’m so thankful… everytime depends on everyone’s preferences… but this stay gave us piece, privacy, the owner Andrea has a special gift to be there for you to provide you with all the service, gives you necessary info, advice but never disturbs you… excelent experience🙏🥰, thank you again!!!

Everyday the owner brought a local cuisine breakfast for us to enjoy. The place had been beautifully renovated and the rooms were at a perfect temperature without needing to use air conditioning. The location was quiet, beautiful and romantic. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible, on our request he arranged a BBQ for us to enjoy. A unique experience!

We left too early and wished to have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect! Very beautiful property and surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable, there was very well equipped shared kitchen area where the breakfast is served and you can also cook there if you are willing to. There was great variety of pastries and every morning there was some different traditional dessert waiting for us. We got great and very detailed tips from the host about good restaurants and local wines. We had a great and memorable stay here!

There is nothing that we didn’t like about the property. If you come here with the right expectations you’ll have a great time. Yes, the property is not on a walking distance to a village or a city but this is obvious from the map.
