Staff are nice and friendly, food is good, room is clean and nice and water in swimming pool is so clean. Our children like it very much

The staff was very kind and attentive! The only room available was the family room and it was HUGE with 3 beds. My friends and I could easily have shared the room and it would have been very comfortable if you don't mind sharing. I did not have a view because there was construction outside my window. After we checked out, they were willing to store our bags for the day. Great service. Food was tasty with large portions.

The location is ideal for anyone who wants to get away from the city to enjoy nature, waterfalls, mountains, biodiversity etc. It's very close to the Ba Vi National Park.

Some bugs, but that contributes to the biodiversity you'd associate with a place surrounded by hills, waterfalls and a natural park.

the property was beautiful and peaceful. we were able to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the hotel, and it was all delicious and well-priced. it was walking distance from the national park and was in one of the coolest locations we’ve stayed at so far. would recommend if you are looking to get out of Hanoi and into a more local and relaxed area. will definitely stay here again!
