Ottima struttura: è un vero agriturismo, in una cascina al centro di una risaia. Molto tranquillo, sta in mezzo alla campagna. Ottimo per chi cerca tranquillità, Pulizia impeccabile. Monolocale carino, adatto ad un singolo o al massimo ad una coppia. Se non si vuole la vita notturna, è un buon punto di appoggio per visitare Milano. Dalla stazione di Pavia partono frequenti treni e si sta in piazza Duomo in poco più di mezz'ora.

Essendo in mezzo alla campagna, non ha nulla attorno e senza macchina (o moto) non si può fare nulla: a piedi è tutto distante. Mancano, per il monolocale, le tendine alle finestre e per avere un po di privacy, essendo al piano del giardino, bisogna tenere chiusi gli scuri delle finestre, con conseguente buio. Sarebbe utilissimo un servizio navetta per la stazione di Pavia.
