Quarto simpático. Alojamento relativamente recente e com boas condições. Pequeno-almoço variado e cuidado: só nos fez falta a existência no buffet de sumo de laranja natural. Staff muito simpático, com especial referência para a Senhora na receção: Teresa.

A localização não é no centro de Arganil (fica a uns 15 a 20 minutos a pé do centro). Mas sabíamos para onde íamos porque o local está bem identificado no Booking, no Google Maps e em todas as plataformas.

El desayuno muy bueno y la habitación muy bien

Les mandé un mensaje para decir si era posible una cuna y me dijeron que si. Al llegar teníamos la cuna en la habitación, nos fuimos a visitar el pueblo y cuando volvimos no estaba la cuna porque según ellos no lo había pedido. Le enseñé el mensaje con la respuesta de ellos de que si era posible y me dijo que había otro bebé y que no tenían más. Nos quedamos sin cuna para la bebé, cuando en un principio estaba ya en nuestra habitación.

Difícil descrever o que mais gostamos! Nossa experiência neste hotel foi maravilhosa do início ao fim. A recepção foi incrível, com um atendimento super simpático, atencioso e sempre pronto a ajudar. O quarto era impecável — confortável, limpo e muito bem equipado. O pequeno-almoço merece destaque à parte: variedade, qualidade e sabor dignos de um verdadeiro 5 estrelas. Saímos totalmente satisfeitos e com vontade de voltar. Recomendamos de olhos fechados!
