Lovely atmosphere, excellent views!

If i could give zero I will! Please read this review: Zero support from the host and mocking intelligence of a guests. House is gorgeous very dreamy and thats why we booked and we are group of 5! Was not cheap stay st all.however house is freezing.It was super cold at evenings and morning that we we siting inside of house in a full winter jackets! WE asked for AC to be on SINCE THEY ARE BLOOKED. Host said that they cant turn ON AC cuz its DANGEROUS?? we asked if they can bring portable FAN or HEATHER in that instant but same answer recieved was that is TO DANGEROUS ?😅Since when having AC ON is dangerous? Please guys..we asked and offered options but not even option was accepted, the only solution offered was that if we dont like it we CAN LEAVE? Is this how a host should fix problems? Our request was normal and human since we were freezing and couldn't enjoy our stay at all plus getting sick. Floors are from stone and thats giving a house extra cold.Aperently reception suport exist which is not true they have working time and they are not there every day to assist.also they do monitor temperature from a computer ?? Its obvious that host doesnt want electricity bills but very openly will charge for AC fees! Which is ridiculous! If 5 persons said is cold its cold! Answer as: but temperature is normal why you are complaining is not an option! Location is ok its cute but again if you are staying in the middle of nowhere surrounded by nature as here you must have at least some kind of support.

Such a cute and gorgeous house being destroyed by host which is mocking his guests is unbelievable and unacceptable. Imagine if our kids went with us and had freezing rooms? How we could enjoy stay if everyone is sick? Host could easily said i dont want to use AC i dont care instead of giving super stupid and crazy excuses.As well we booked this out of good reviews and we didnt read bad ones, we showed full trust..unfortunately later when I was reading reviews I could see we are not first who had same issues. Its such a pitty having this example destrying Italian hospitality.If I could give zero I will cuz main factor is a human interaction and empathy not if house is pretty or ugly... Noone cared about that.

Siamo stati io e mio marito 3notti ,ci è piaciuto tantissimo fra altro ci si ritorna molto presto ! La piscina è una comodità per relax , Francesca è stata molto gentile e accogliente, grazie anche per i suggerimenti che mi ha aiutata per esplorare i posti ! Casa gelsomino pulitissima 😊

Il giardiniere mattutino e fastidioso perché si vuole dormire , mi dispiace perché per lui è un lavoro ,fra altro ci ha chiesto scusa 😊non è colpa sua ma della gestione direi .. La caldaia che andava in blocco!! Ma grazie a Francesca che mi ha risposto alle ore tardissimo purché a farci partire la caldaia che andava in blocco!! Grazieeee Francesca 🩷

The location is excellent to visit the little cities nearby such as Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, Cortona or even San Gimignano. The view is amazing, the apartment is tidy and spacious. The staff is very friendly and super helpful.
