"Wonderful stay but got to get screens for the windows!!"

The property was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious.

No air conditioning. No screens for the windows so bug got in our room. If they are not going to get AC, I highly recommend getting screens for all your windows. Its very hard to get ready due to the steam and no AC to remove it. Need to get more fans in the room.

"FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!! Definitely highly recommend it."

EVERYTHING!! Cecilia the owner was a very special happy loving person. We enjoyed her conversations very much. She’s very personable. The room was spotless and very, very big. The farm was very unique and a very huge courtyard. The history there was amazing. The food was delicious. There was nothing we did not like.

- Sehr freundliche und humorvolle Gastgeber - Grosses Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Zimmer sind in einer Art Bungalows und bieten viel Privatsphäre. - Wunderschöner, gepflegter Garten – perfekt zum Entspannen - das Frühstück war simpel und gut, mit allem, was man braucht. - Ruhige Lage mit Blick ins Grüne - nach Viana do Castelo ca. 15 Minuten Fahrzeit erreichbar

Der Pool war leider schon geschlossen, weil bald Saisonende war, und die Einrichtung/Dekoration ist vereinzelt etwas in die Jahre gekommen (ist natürlich auch Geschmackssache)

"Very nice hotel, ideally situated for the Camino Portugués!"

The owners were super friendly, they greeted us and showed us around and explained where everything was and how it worked. The hotel was very conveniently situated for the Camino Portuguese. The buffet breakfast was superb and the wifi was great. We cooked ourselves an evening meal in the communal kitchen area and we bought a bottle of Alvarinho wine that Christiano had made from his own grapes. Highly recommended!

Location was on the Camino route I was walking; the facility and property were beautifully restored; the outdoor area was large and great for relaxing; the hosts were wonderful; the breakfast was excellent and what I needed for my walk; my room was spacious, clean and comfortable
