De gastvrouw was zeer vriendelijk.

Kregen dag voor we aankwamen bericht dat onze kamers niet vrij waren. Ze hadden nog wel een appartement voor ons. Met kitchenette. Ontbijt kregen we er als geste bij. Appartement was zeer verouderd. Badkamer was wel proper. Ook propere en fris ruikende handdoeken. Bij het douchen, viel de elektriciteit uit. Gastvrouw gebeld en probleem aan telefoon uitgelegd. Kwam niet. Gastvrouw gaan halen. Ze heeft mijn man de elektriciteitskast gewezen. Die stond buiten in de bosjes, open en vol met bladeren. Dit gebouw is NIET brandveilig!!!! Gebouw is in vervallen staat.

NOTA positiva: non ci hanno fatto pagare nulla, nonostante avessimo prenotato tramite Booking. Siamo rimasti 10 minuti, il tempo di registrare i documenti. Appena siamo arrivati nella" stanza", siamo rimasti molto delusi e abbiamo cercato subito un'altra struttura.

Purtroppo quasi nulla…

L’appartamento al piano terra non è stato per nulla di nostro gusto, arredato con mobili vecchi e raffazzonati, all’interno c’era un odore terribile e un grado di umidità che si sentiva non solo nell’aria ma anche nelle lenzuola. Dispiace per la sig.ra Daniela, che ha cercato di essere gentile e premurosa, ma la struttura nel suo complesso, ben lontana dall’essere un agriturismo, ha un potenziale che non viene sfruttato (tranne probabilmente nella parte superiore meglio curata) e che trasmette un senso di abbandono e disordine. Anche la colazione è stata nello stesso stile, nessun prodotto fresco o “casalingo”.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mainardi Agriturismo. The place feels very authentic and peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for a relaxing break. The house is beautiful, very clean, and we were almost alone there, which made it feel extra special – so quiet and calm. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. We also loved the presence of dogs and horses on the property – it added a charming, countryside atmosphere.
