Great communication, easy check in. Clean and comfortable. Good base to access both Niseko and Rusutsu resorts.

Fine for us, but required a decent drive to restaurants, couldn't get a taxi.

Only one toilet and is located at level 1 which makes it inconvenient since most time was spent on upper level.

This is a lovely designer villa. Surrounded by mountains of fresh snow, the place feels absolutely magical. Efficient communication with the hosts. Well-appointed kitchen. Delicious coffee beans provided! Even a roofed place for your car so that you don't have to remove the snow in the morning! Highly recommended.
