Casa do Lado

Everything. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left, everything at Casa do Lado was nothing short of perfect. Mariana and Tomas are truly running a special operation and maintaining a family business that does nothing short of impress you every step of the way. The breakfasts are delicious (and included!). The room we had (which was the one on the first floor) was quiet and cool. They even brought me a fan I requested! Beds are comfy. The breakfast area is very peaceful and relaxing, great way to start the day. I can't recommend enough. 20 out of 10 stars!

Only thing that can be tricky is parking. Street parking in August was kind of tough after 6pm. No fault of the Cada do Lado team, just something to note if you have a car.

An unserem Aufenthalt hat uns wirklich alles gefallen. Nur wegen der Unterkunft haben wir in diesem charmanten Dorf Halt gemacht – und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal, man erreicht alles schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist, wie auch andere Bewertungen bereits betonen, die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft von Tomás. Man spürt sofort, dass er dieses Haus mit viel Liebe und Hingabe führt. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Am liebsten hätten wir unsere Übernachtung gleich verlängert.

Das Zimmer war leider etwas feucht, doch Tomás wollte sich darum direkt für die nächsten Gäste kümmern.

Nous sommes restés plus d'une semaine et nous avons été extrêmement satisfaits de notre séjour ! Tomas et Mariana sont des hôtes exceptionnels. À la fois discret et aux petits soins, ils nous ont offert une expérience de très grande qualité. La chambre était très agréable et les parties communes très belles et calmes. Je ne peux que vous recommander d'y aller que ce soit pour un court ou un long séjour. Encore merci Mariana et Tomas, nous espérons revenir rapidement !

Nos alojamos en dos habitaciones en Casa Do Lado y la experiencia fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, Tomás nos recibió con una hospitalidad cálida y cercana que nos hizo sentir como en casa. Siempre atento a cada detalle, estuvo disponible para cualquier recomendación o ayuda que necesitáramos durante nuestra estancia en Vila Nova de Milfontes. Las habitaciones son cómodas, muy limpias y decoradas con buen gusto, lo que transmite un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo. La ubicación es ideal para recorrer la zona y disfrutar de las playas cercanas. Un punto alto de la estadía fue, sin dudas, el desayuno casero preparado por Tomás: variado, fresco y con productos de gran calidad. Fue un verdadero placer comenzar cada mañana con tanto cariño puesto en cada detalle. Recomiendo Casa Do Lado sin dudarlo, tanto por la calidez del anfitrión como por la excelente experiencia en general. ¡Gracias, Tomás, por hacer de nuestra visita a Vila Nova de Milfontes un recuerdo inolvidable!

Todo espectacular. Habitación cómoda y decorada con mucho gusto. Desayunos en el patio riquísimos y relajantes. Todo perfecto, pero si tuviera que destacar algo por encima de todo, sería la atención de Tomás.
