Wonderful stay. Our host was so welcoming and helpful. She gave us fantastic suggestions for activities and attractions in the area. The common area was great and we really enjoyed the access to tea, coffee, snacks, etc. Lovely breakfast. I would absolutely recommend and would stay again in the future.

We live in Melbourne Australia. Comparing to the poor service quality in Australia, we found some very positive surprise here. The host provided advice to go around, bottled water, hot tea, lolly, cake, and cooked breakfast for us. We enjoyed our stay in Yilan.
