Struttura meravigliosa immersa nel verde della Valle Imagna, staff gentilissimo. Location tranquilla e silenziosa lontano dal caos del traffico con vista mozzafiato sulla vallata. Camere curate anche nei più piccoli dettagli. Ottima la colazione.

Le cadre est magnifique la vue imprenable, le repas succulent, rien à dire ,veronica est exceptionnel d'un accueil d'une gentillesse!!! Je ne pouvais pas marcher elle m'a accompagnée avec sa propre voiture. Merci mille fois veronica.

La vue est très belle! La demeure a énormément de charme, le coin pisicine est très chouette et le personnel est aux petits soins!

Un petit rafraîchissement des salles de bain serait bien mais pour le reste tout était très bien!

Location very nice, good views, really loved the sauna and pool. Breakfast was really tasty and filling. Personnel was also very nice and helpful.

Il posto ha un ottima vista, piscina anche se non è stato possibile usufruirla per il freddo molto bella, la spa ottima

In camera la doccia era molto probabilmente ustruita e abbiamo dovevamo continuamente interrompere il getto dell' acqua per evitare che si allagasse...sono andata ad avvisare ma sono arrivati dopo mezz'ora e ormai avevamo finito di fare la doccia. Il giorno dopo non si è scusato nessuno del disagio, mi aspettavo qualcosa di meglio

Luckily Veronica double checked with us via WhatsApp if we wanted to book in the restaurant as it was nearly full. Upon texting I had informed about renting a car - she responded that it would be recommended to have a car as it’s not easy accessible. It would’ve been nice it that would be someone stated when booking. Also on Sunday - the day after our arrival we wanted to have lunch and we couldn’t as the restaurant was fully booked so we had no option then to go and drive out to search for lunch. That wasn’t really nice that there wasn’t a place for their guests.. Upon arrival Saturday I had noticed that our bathroom had no space to hang up our wet towels as the hangers were taken off. Noticeable spiderwebs above the shower. Shower and sink blocked by hair. All was mentioned on Sunday morning before breakfast but wasn’t fixed. I loved the place but we felt like they were more focussed on the restaurant and having as many guests as possible than to look out for their guests that had booked a stay.
