"Very disappointed"

Friendly girl at the reception upon arrival.

Very disappointed! First, the restaurant had been relocated and was no longer in the building, despite what the website promised. But the worst part was that there were bedbugs in the room, which was extremely unpleasant. I have submitted a complaint, but they haven’t even responded after several weeks!

Było czysto, klimatyzacja w upały zdaje egzamin

Brak ciepłej wody, mimo że był basen nie mogliśmy z niego skorzystać a to był jeden z punktów których szukaliśmy dla dzieci podobno była impreza prywatna

Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht. Die Zimmergröße war erfreulich. Das Frühstück gut.

Die Rezeption ist bei der Anreise trotz offizieller Anreisezeiten nicht besetzt. Man muss selbst herausfinden, dass im 1.Stock auf einem Rezeptionstresen die Zimmerschlüssel mit Namen gekennzeichnet zu finden sind. Beim ersten Aufenthalt vergessene Ohrringe wurden laut Auskunft 14 Tage später angeblich nicht aufgefunden. Ein Anruf ca. 45 Minuten nach Abreise scheiterte, da das Telefon nicht besetzt war.
