The location is perfect and easy to reach .The host was welcoming and always present when we needed her. Good breakfast outside in the garden!

the bathroom was really tight.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The location is okay if you come by car and want to go to the beach. It is also very close to the airport actually that's why we chose this place. But be careful, because you need to leave the room at 10 am. So if your flight is like round 13pm, you are going to need to drive to the city center to spend your last couple of hours in Alghero and then drive back to airport, which makes no sence. You are going to loose 45 minutes on the road instead of 10 minutes car drive from Mimosa to the airport. So I suggest you to get something in the city center instead, if you are not flying super early in the morning.

We didn't really click with the landlord. When we first arrived, she asked us if we want to have the breakfast around 10 or 9. We said 10, and she said okay. Then in the evening the lady sent me a message saying that we can not have the breakfast at 10 because the check out time is at 10. Then we said okay to have breakfast at 09:30. The next morning she brought our breakfast around 09:40, and we left around 10:30. She didn't even say goodbye to us. It was a weird situation.

Very good location, quiet and at a short driving distance from the sea. The property is small, but the room is comfortable. The owner waited up, despite our late arrival, and the bottle of water was a nice welcome. Toiletries are of good quality.

The bed is too short for a tall person, and the bathroom is tight. The breakfast is basic, some fresh bread and more variety would be preferred.

I really liked the slightly remote location. It’s a 10 minute drive from the sandy beaches and Porto Conte park, about 20 minutes to Alghero, but it’s cut off from the noise making it very peaceful. The house is lovely, large garden, beautiful porch - perfect for easy mornings and chill evenings. Caterina and her husband were great hosts - they were there for anything I needed and served up breakfast at the agreed time out on the porch. Ricotta with honey was absolutely amazing

Nothing, everything was downright perfect.

Overall very nice place, nice welcome and very clean.

The only bad point is being asked for 5€ for AC. At the price of electricity it's as if you would have it full blast for like 20 hours which would not be even possible.

A relaxing place, nice owners - a great place to stay.
