An interesting and carefully, tastefully restored/remodeled farmhouse that dates back probably a few centuries. The owners have very good taste. I enjoyed a relaxing and quiet evening good sleep and relaxing morning. Great conversation with the owner. Interesting that the village has built up around this ancient farmhouse, it is very close to the main part of town and the main road through it, but it is not at all noisy.

The owner was not available by phone from an hour before I was to arrive until arrival, and I ended up having difficulty finding the house. The front of the house is not visible from the road, in fact it is the back side (from the road looks a bit rundown) which is on the ONE WAY street and so you don't realize (by Google Maps) that you have arrived at destination. There was no sign on the main entrance, I arrived late, and there was no light on so had to ask a passerby if they knew where the BnB was, and I had to go around the one way circuit twice in order to locate the house. After a not so great drive from Ancona, I would have appreciated an easier arrival. Either a second number should be provided or the host should be available.

The farmhouse was lovely, the owner was very helpful and nice.
