I punti forti della struttura sono gli ampi spazi: essendo noi in 5 e’ difficile trovare appartamenti con 5 posti letti comodi e due bagni e questa struttura è particolarmente ampia. Inoltre c’è anche una bella piscina e un campo da tennis.

Diciamo che è stata ristrutturata ma non recentemente e la struttura ha bisogno ancora di qualche sistemata qua e là pero’ non complesso e’ funzionale. La posizione invece è a metà tra Grosseto e il mare, ma per arrivare al primo paese dove c’è un po di vita (Castiglione della Pescaia) occorrono comunque almeno 20 minuti.
