Ausgiebiges Frühstück wird frisch gemacht, Bestellung am Vorabend. Poolbereich super bei der Hitze. Parkplatz in einem abgeschlossenem Innenhof. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Zimmer liebevoll gestaltet. Der Ort ist sehr schön und es war eine Überraschung, wie urtümlich dieser ist. Wäre auch perfekt, um mehrere Tage zu bleiben und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Einfache Anfahrt nach Livorno zur Fähre.

Kambarys galėtų būti didesnis. Neveikė šaldytuvas mini bare. Bet problemą issprendėme ir vyną atsišaldėme pusryčių salėje vyno spintoje.

Gentilezza e attenzione per l'ospite, ogni dettaglio e' curato. Letti super comodi, i trompe l'oeil a tema delle stanze regalano una confortevole atmosfera. Ottima anche la colazione e la possibilita' di un bagno rinfrescante in piscina.

Kurzurlaub für 4 Tage. Alles top. Schönes kleines B&B mit gutem Frühstück. Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir konnten das schöne Wetter genießen und draußen auf der Terrasse frühstücken. Herrlicher Blick auf den Pool und auf die umliegende Hügel. Der Vermieter Simone war immer für einen da, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Perfect peaceful haven for a short stay before flying from Pisa. Gorgeous garden and pool to relax in, bed was very comfortable in a lovely room. Lovely host.

Aircon didn't get very cold in room, would have liked two pillows but these are small things.

The owner is brilliant, kind and humble. Our favorite host ever. He cleans, he serves, he owns, he provides amazing services. When he is cleaning, he sings Catholic hymns. He is truly like a saint. I felt like i was in the presence of greatness. 1. Immaculate and spotlessly clean rooms. 2. Fresh towels and super clean smelling beds. New pillows. 3. While the maids were cleaning, I peeked in other rooms, they are handpainted with artisan furniture that is handmade, special/unique lighting for each room. 4. modern toilets, showers, sinks. 5. so much charm - I truly felt like I was living in Tuscany. 6. One can tell that the owner is the unofficial mayor of Vicopisano. He knows everyone and is a special host from the start. 7. He is meticulous about his pool and his terrace. 8. Great Wifi speed. 9. Family-owned business who truly want to welcome you and show you the best of Tuscany. 10. They have parking and secure facilities that are so modern. 11. GREAT GREAT WINE selection with tons of merch to buy! 12. I asked the host how he bought all the merch. He is personal friends with the pasta, honey, products. there's a lot of trust here. You can feel it.
