Villa Maria - b&b di Charme

Exclusivity - we used 3 rooms as we were a wider family attending a wedding & it felt like a private villa. Pool was lovely and owner was amazing he couldn’t have done more.

Air conditioning wasn’t great - was on a timer controlled by the owner and didn’t go on until around 6:30pm most nights and it was around 32 degrees during the day so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when sleeping.

Extremely friendly and kind staff! Beautiful room with nice wall painting. Garden with terrace was excellent. Safe parking.

Beautiful location, enjoyed delicious range of breakfast in the garden, plus swimming in the idyllic pool - thank you for a relaxing and memorable stay! A great base for exploring the wonders of Tuscany both well-known and off the beaten track.

Easy to get to from Pisa Airport , helpful staff when I told them our flight was delayed. comfortable accommodation. nice walk up towards the hills with olive groves everywhere.

Everything was excellent. We came after time for check-in, and they waited for us. The room was excellent and exceptional 👏. I will attach the picture. The food was great! You must fill out the form and give it the night before what you want to eat and when and everything at that time is there. For us, it was perfect.

Maybe neighbourhood is not so excellent, more kind of industrial zone. But we came with a car so we didn't notice too much.

Everything is so detailed in the best way. Smell fantastic 👌. Staff are very nice and helpful. Love the location. Breakfast is top notch. We stayed only one night since we are traveling around and have limited time otherwise we would love to stay more.
