Country House Art and Garden

The view was Tuscany classical view. The apartment style was great, lovely kitchen.

We had to shower in cold water! After coming back from a trip, we discovered that after just one shower, there was no hot water left - only freezing cold water! We ended up boiling water to make it bearable. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, she blamed us instead of helping. She even told us we “don’t know how to use the shower,” which was both condescending and infuriating. That’s when her “friendly” attitude quickly revealed its true colors. She eventually called a technician, but only on the third day of our stay - and of course, the problem had nothing to do with us. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only unpleasant surprise. The owner also told us not to use the air conditioner for heating, saying it was “not the season.” Then, on our last day, she even sent us a message about our electricity usage. The audacity! After all of this, she didn’t offer any form of compensation or even a simple apology.

מקום נוח ויפה מאוד. המסעדה ליד בבית חווה שהוא גם יקב - הטובה ביותר שהיינו בה באזור!

קצת מרוחק מלב העניינים אך לא דרמטי במיוחד.

Frühstücken konnten wir direkt an der oben gelegenen ehemaligen Kirche mit einem tollen Ausblick auf die Toskana. Besonders erfreut hat es uns, dass wir eine Waschmaschine nutzen konnten. Die Inhaberin Eli war auch super freundlich und für Fragen immer verfügbar. Zu unserer Reisezeit war der Pool gerade noch geöffnet und wir die einzigen Gäste, die das genutzt haben... Wirklich einmalig, auch bei 18°C Wassertemperatur.

Obiekt jest fenomenalnie położony, a widoki z tego miejsca są niezapomniane. Elida jest bardzo ciepłą, gościnną i pomocną gospodynią. Dużym plusem jest również możliwość jedzenia w winnicy Begnardi położonej obok (trzeba tylko pamiętać żeby się upewnić czy kuchnia jest czynna danego dnia).

Wszystko było super!
