Agriturismo Masseria sul Mare

The location is very nice. It is peaceful and close to the beach. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There was a choice. The beds were comfortable. The place has its own parking and there is a fence from the street side.

There were quite a few ants in the room. Also, our room had no windows except those in the door leading to the courtyard. The restaurant is expensive.

Located next to a gorgeous private beach, and just half an hour from key sites like Noto, Ortigia, the Vendicari Reserve and the Cassibile Lakes. Restaurant staff was very nice and the breakfast was delicious.

There ws the constant hum of a bathroom fan from another room. Dinner was lovely but a bit overpriced overall and the menu selection was somewhat limited.

We spent a wonderful week here, for the second time. It is recommended for those who want endless peace. Friendly staff and a family atmosphere. Heavenly refreshment after the overloaded weekdays! The sea is beautiful!

The rooms are simple, suitable for those who want to get away from the harms of civilization.

The private beach was lovely, the water was beautiful. The accommodation being within a farm is enjoyable and peaceful. The restaurant onsite is good.

We had no Wifi in our room for the duration of the stay.

Lovely farm in fairly idyllic setting, albeit quite close to a main road. Nice beach in easy reach. Good breakfast, and cute dogs on site.

Very disappointed that the restaurant was closed even on the night when it was supposed to be open. We were looking forward to this aspect of stay and would have probably booked somewhere else for our stay had we known beforehand. Meant we had to drive to Avola as no other eateries in walking distance.

We booked the little private house with the sea view. It is close to the water and very cozy. We also had private access to the famous marchesa cassibile beach. We were also just few steps away the amazing cliff of the natural reserve which is right across the property. Dinner and lunch were really good. The staff is super nice and professional.

The agriturismo is beautiful and has private access to the beach and cliffs. Perfect for families and couples. Food is great. The staff is super nice.
