Zeer vriendelijk onthaald door Valentina en Matteo. Proper verblijf en leuk zwembad wat voor de nodige afkoeling zorgde.

Everything was very clean and organised! Valentina was just amazing and ready to help in anything.

The accomodation looked better than on the photos. It was very spacious and had good amenities. There was a small playground in front of our apartment and the garden in front of of the 2 bedroom apartment had shade all day long. The pool area was beautiful and had shade all day long. There are altogether 3 apartments on site. There is an amazing fish restaurant opposite the accomodation 10 mins drive away. Would highly recommend eating there. Valentina the property manager was really helpful and looked after us very well.

For us as a family with small child it was a tiny bit too far from Florence. You need to drive 12 mins by car to Lastra a Signa train station and part of it is on dirt road and on relatively windy roads. The train takes 15 mins to Florence main station but only leaves once every hour. The last train back from Florence is at 21:28pm.

It was a bit pricey not sure there are better options around that strike the balance of size facilities and proximity to Florence

The house and view

The cooking items provided could be better such as soup scoop, more cooking pots . We were not informed that they will not replenish toilet papers or coffee powder . Small issues but would be great if we were informed as the location were a bit out of town … Valentina did however provide us with extra toilet paper .

The location, the house, the owner Valentina and her colleague Matteo were so helpful. Anything I needed I could ask her and she responded immediately. It’s a little outside Florence but if you’re looking to stay in the countryside it’s perfect. The place is exactly how it looks in the pictures. The views are amazing and their gardens are so well kept. Unfortunately we could not use the pool as the weather was cold otherwise I’m sure it would have been great to use.

The only thing missing is a dishwasher and a washing machine. (You can use the washing machine in their office for 10euros) but the convenience of having it in the apartment would have been better. Could have used it as per our timing.

Valentina was an amazing host, she made us feel very comfortable and was at hand for any queries we had. The villa had everything we could have asked for, was super clean. The Pool is lovely, there is loads of space and little things to do around the place.

it is quite remote and you are unable to walk anywhere but we were aware of this and had a rental car.
