Everything about this stay was so good! It was great to stay in a traditional Japanese home, having tea at the low table in a room with a tatami was an activity in itself. The futons were super comfortable, and the room also had a fridge, microwave, kettle etc. The best part about the room was the view of Mount Fuji, in the morning we had a coffee on the terrace/balcony with an amazing view and it was just perfect. The host is also super nice, he told us about things going on in the local area that we otherwise would not have known about and also offered bikes (which we would have accepted if we were staying for longer). He gave us instructions for getting the bus to the accommodation (which is only around 20 minutes from Kawaguchiko station), and also gave us a ride there when we were checking out. We wish we could have stayed here longer!

Le lieu était très calme et reposant. De plus, le logement très typique crée une bulle hors du temps. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil, il nous a emmené en voiture à la gare tout en faisant un détour vers le lac pour nous offrir une belle vue sur le mont.

La casa i l'amabilitat del propietari.Tot està molt ben explicat. Els llits són molt còmodes

Si venís a ver desde aquí el Monte Futji, tenéis que quedaros aquí. Umeya, el host, es la mejor persona que me he encontrado en Japón. Me dio todas las facilidades posibles para que mi estancia fuese agradable y no solo eso, si no que me acercó el último día a un 7 eleven a llevar las maletas y a la estación! Increíble y recomendadisimo

Higlhy recommended ! The host was super nice and explained us all about the house and the city. You also have a nice hike to waterfall to do just in front of the house ! If you pass by kawaguchiko! You must sleep there
