The owner is a scammer. After the booking confirmation, the owner refused to check me in by saying that "the room is out of order". He also refused to cancel the booking few times, saying that he will do it later. Finally he hadn't implement this promise. Next day he cancelled the booking with the reason that I didn't come for check in.  Strictly do not recommend this service.
