Excellent accueil, Makis est attentionné et aidant. L'ensemble du domaine est très joli, joliment aménagé, avec une grande piscine très confortable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Struttura situata in una posizione strategica per arrivare a tutte le spiagge più belle ed al centro città. Villetta stupenda con cucina ben attrezzata. Splendida piscina. I padroni super gentili e generosi,ci hanno fatto trovare cose fresche da bere nel frigo ed un paio di cosette per fare merenda di cui il melone di loro produzione come anche una bottiglia di vino.

Tout. Le calme et la sérénité dans ce bel endroit au cœur des vignes. L'emplacement est central, parfait pour visiter Zakynthos. Je remercie Makis qui est super sympathique et très serviable. Je recommande Augoustinos Villas à 100%.

Proximité des différents points attractifs de l'île. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute, et disponible. N'hésitez pas à solliciter auprès de lui la location de voiture, qui est un plus et surtout qui évite de se faire voler dans les agences de location de l'aéroport

- The owner (Makis) is a great host. Very friendly and helpful. - The pool is great. Very clean, well maintained, good size, and with the small scale of the property there's no competing for sun-beds or umbrella's. - Peaceful environment, away from the noise and crowds (note: this means you definitely need a car here)

- The beds were quite hard, which we had to get used to

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana indimenticabile a luglio in una splendida villa con piscina immersa in un vigneto: un vero sogno ad occhi aperti. La pulizia impeccabile, il comfort degli spazi e la tranquillità assoluta ci hanno regalato una vacanza perfetta, ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Makis, il proprietario, e sua moglie sono stati di una gentilezza e disponibilità raramente riscontrabili: sempre presenti ma mai invadenti, ci hanno fatto sentire davvero come in famiglia. Abbiamo anche approfittato del barbecue presente in villa per qualche cena all’aperto, circondati da un’atmosfera bucolica e rilassante che resterà nei nostri ricordi. La posizione è ideale: a pochi minuti si trovano tutti i servizi di cui si può avere bisogno, pur restando immersi nella pace della natura. Se dovessimo tornare a Zante, soggiorneremmo sicuramente di nuovo qui. Grazie di cuore, Makis, per aver reso la nostra vacanza così speciale!

Charming peaceful property of 5 cottages surrounding a small swimming pool, which many days we had completely to ourselves. Owners also live on site, and are very accessible for any problems or questions during your stay. Beautiful gardens and owners’ vineyards surrounding the cottages, and there was always a nice breeze, and lots of shade. Very practical location close to airport (10 min drive) and grocery store (5 min drive), and central for exploring all sides of the island. Makis and his wife take great pride and attention to their property and they are extremely kind and helpful; Makis also speaks basic English. We had many interactions and they always had a solution and a smile to share. Waiting inside the cottage upon arrival were breakfast snacks, bananas, juice and bottled water in the fridge, and a bottle of white wine from his property (which was delicious!) There is a small swingset for young children, hammocks for lounging, and little seating areas around the pool for you to enjoy time outdoors. Also an old dog and cat roaming, which my kids adored. Our children loved swimming each day, the pool has plenty of space for everyone and lots of loungers with shade surrounding the pool, and a pool raft to play with. Covered parking stalls were much appreciated to keep our car cool. The cottages are immaculately cleaned, and we never encountered bugs or mosquitoes. Although the cottages are older, the AC units in our cottage were new and worked great, the cottages are very well insulated and oftentimes we didn’t even need them turned on despite the 40 degree summer temperatures. Makis also kindly let us borrow his microwave and an oscillating fan during our stay. Since we were a family of 5 (kids aged 9/11/13), there weren’t enough separate beds so our youngest slept on the couch (Makis provided all the necessary bedding). Washing machine worked great, lots of clothes lines for drying.

Internet: The WiFi connection is very spotty on the property but actually the internet connection on the entire island is not strong (Everywhere we went we had trouble getting service). My husband had two important work calls during our stay and Makis kindly let him plug into his Ethernet cable at the main house, which worked better. But otherwise, don’t plan on having strong connections during your stay. Beds: very firm, no mattress toppers for cushion, or fitted sheets for the mattress (which meant the flat sheets constantly moved over the mattress throughout the night). Double bed in our cottage was small for two people sharing. Shower: very small space and hard to maneuver with the shower curtain. Limited hot water each day so if you are a big family like us, you will need to ration the hot water during showering (not a problem just something to be aware of). Kitchen: very basic cooking supplies and dishes. Dish soap, paper towel roll, and olive oil provided but no other staples. Fridge and freezer worked great once it was plugged in and had 24 hours to get cold.
