Wind Valley Farmstay

Mountain view was spectacular from our room and balcony, staff were very nice and friendly 👍 Easy check-in. Nice and simple, came together with local breakfast food and if you wanted to order steamboat for dinner or simple meals, you could have it at their dining hall or inside your room. Bathroom was simple enough, with hot water but you shower over the toilet cubicle.

Mattress were worn out , one of our mattresses had the spring poking out and was solved by your staff by adding another mattress on top for the duration we were there. Only one foam pillow was hard and couldn't fold, duvet was not thick enough for the cold temperature at night.

The view from the homestay is awesome. Its clean, meet the basic requirement for a homestay. Didn't expect much within the house. Breakfast and the steamboat is awesome too. The minimart is super convenient. The kitchen is great too with all the necessary cutleries. The staff, Fanty was super fast to help us with our needs and she is very helpful.

Here’s an improved and more polished version of your feedback while keeping it natural and constructive: A small mouse entered the house, but thankfully my dad managed to catch it. We noticed that there were three cats frequently lingering around the house—perhaps they sensed the presence of the mouse. That said, the cats appeared clean. It might be worth considering installing a door gap sealer strip and inspecting all small corners or holes that could be potential entry points for rodents. The bed was comfortable, but a bit too low for the elderly—my parents were with us, and it was slightly inconvenient for them. The walkway to the house is quite rough and can get slippery when it rains. Additionally, the steps leading up to the house are steep, which could be a challenge for elderly guests. The coffee table in the living room was slightly unstable, and we did notice quite a number of flies and bugs. We understand this is likely due to the proximity to the farm area, so it’s somewhat expected. Still, it might be helpful to look into possible measures to reduce the fly issue. Overall, the place was stayable for two nights, and we managed. A few tweaks here and there would definitely make the stay more comfortable. Let me know if you'd like it shorter, more casual, or more formal!

Very good customer service, the food is also tasty and we were assist with the staff for our 4 night stay and doesnt even have any problem staying here
