George was very welcoming. I loved the surroundings. Very lovely and quiet. A lot of nature for walking. The room is small but equipped with everything you need. I loved the fresh flowers as a welcome gesture. Bathroom is very tiny, but the shower was perfect. With all the toileteris. Very satisfied.

There was no breakfast offered and I knew this before I arrived at Edenroc so I was prepared for that when I arrived. The cottage was on my route up to Banffshire and was perfect for my needs. I gave the owner hints for improvement, he listened and acted swiftly on them. The road was quiet at night and the neighbours friendly. I enjoyed a meal at the Dalmore Inn on the Perth Road, Blairgowrie.

The beds were my only dislike and the owner listened to my comments about them.

It's a shoe box . The toilet is in a cupboard. It's in the middle of nowhere with absolutely nothing near . Oh yiu have a kettle I didn't stay I checked out instantly and didn't receive any refund
