Room was exceptionally clean and welcoming as was George. Plenty of room and private entry. Quiet farm other side of road which was welcoming. Will visit again but longer period next time.

Shop to buy milk was a long distance away.

It was absolutely lovely, lovely and quiet and very comfortable,will book again with no problems.

NOTHING!!

Purpose of trip was to visit my sister who lives in Wolfhill but is not well. My other sister & husband were also visiting by car and provided the transport. Accommodation was basic but perfect for my purposes : no breakfast but no problem.

Everything was well presented, beds & bathrooms were tidy. Couple of games and books in the room to keep entertained - Nice touch!

The quiet location.

While it was a nice place to stay, there was no contact with the host at all. It was rather impersonal and very business like. The location, while lovely and quiet, was a bit far from anywhere to get breakfast.

Country location meant it was quiet and peaceful. Lovely aspect and views across the way. The owners were lovely and very friendly and gave us our privacy considering we were in a room in their home.

We did not realise it was a room within the owner’s dwelling and thought we would have a detached space for our stay. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable about encroaching on their privacy. It was advertised as having a refrigerator, so we had purchased food that required refrigeration for our next days travel, however there was no fridge so we had to dispose of the food we had bought. We could not find a restaurant close to the location of the property and there was no dining facilities in our room, so we ate what we had purchased on our beds with wooden cutlery that we had previously purchased. The beds were not very comfortable at all.

I just loved the location of this lovely cottage, out in the country and only 5 mile's from Perth. My room was lovely and had everything you needed, lovely comfortable bed, great shower and the normal tv and coffee tray, my room was spotlessly clean and tidy, a very nice stay.

My sat-nav didn't like the post code for what ever reason, it took me up a farm track, twice!! So give yourself plenty of time just incase.
