"Disappointed because photographs showed a much better level of accommodation."

On arrival the location. Grounds appeared well maintained.

It appeared to be in transition. Some parts seemed to be in better state than other parts, e.g carpets mismatched and worn in places. Bed small and uncomfortable.

It’s has old world charm and lovely grounds. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious.

Needed a light at the dressing table.

"Good value for money but quite basic. Lovely location."

Excellent value for money with a very nice breakfast. Clean and tidy room.

Decor very tired. Shower a little temperamental so had to run basin tap for it to be hot. Bed very creaky.

What an idyllic location! Lovely views, quiet at night, comfy beds, nice staff and excellent breakfast. Beautiful alpacas to watch and rabbits and pheasants.
