Really nice property with a pool & nice sitting areas. Farm to table. They have a nice vegetable garden so lots of homemade goods. Room was very spacious with A/C.

The staff, the breakfast, and the location near Citta Della Pieve are great. Highly recommended if not the room .

The room is not comfortable. The place is outdated, the room and the bathroom need to be refreshed, the staff was very pleasant as I mentioned, but after reading our review, they sent a very unpleasant email.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect villa! The view was absolutely stunning, the pool was clean and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. Highly recommended!

"Lovely, peaceful setting, great breakfast and nice pool."

Beautiful setting, so very quiet, no road noise, or other properties, no planes….just peaceful. Wonderful breakfast each morning outside with beautiful views(inside also available). Nicolo was so accommodating. Nice pool for swimming with a view. 5-10 minutes to town with several very nice restaurants.

The long bumpy gravel road from highway to San Carlo, drive very, very slowly, takes 3-4 minutes. We had a small car.
