A casa não está preparada para o inverno. Há ar condicionado que não é suficiente para aquecer a casa. Há uma lareira que nunca foi usada nem há qualquer hipótese de usar. Ha um aparelho de ar condicionado que não funcionar. Cozinha não está apropriada para uso - não há panos de cozinha ou comodidades básicas da cozinha.
