Das Haus liegt sehr zentral. Die direkt vorbeifahrenden Straße stört nicht allzu sehr. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Der Garten ist traumhaft mit dem Meeresblick vom Walausguck. Die Vermieter selbst sind absolut hilfsbereit und geben gerne Tipps für den Aufenthalt.

There was nothing to not like in this house .

Schönes und gut eingerichtetes grosses Haus mit viel Platz. Der Garten wurde liebevoll gestaltet Genügend Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden.

Man hat nur vom Ausguck einen Blick auf das Meer. Ideal für Frühaufsteher, da morgens nach 06.30 Uhr die Raserei (Autos, Lastwagen und Motorräder) losgeht, da die Hauptstrasse direkt vor der Haustüre durchführt. Es ist absolut nichts für Jemanden, der gerne später aufsteht. Dafür können die Besitzer jedoch nichts. Was definitiv grenzwertig war, ist der Geruch in diesem Haus. Man musste soviel wie möglich die Fenster und Türen öffnen, damit es erträglich war. Für uns ist dies ein Rätsel, das noch niemand dies bemängelt hat. Was aber mindestens Möglich wäre, ist das im Garten 2-3 Liegestühle und ein Sonnenschirm zur Verfügung stehen würden, was bereits im Sommer 2024 bemängelt wurde.

My husband and I have rented many apartments/homes in Canada, the US and in Europe. This rental has been our favorite overall. It was our "Coup de coeur". We would come back with great joy. We liked everything about it including the garden, the location the vista in the backyard overlooking the ocean, the cleanliness, the easy communication with the hosts, the decor, the serenity and I could go on.

Absolutely nothing

Beautiful little house that is well taken care of. From the beautiful dishes, to the quaint kitchen nook, the pineapple growing in the back yard, and our favorite spot - the little balcony with a view. Great location to explore every corner of the island. Big superstore just 5 min. from the house. Parking right in front of the house.

Especially in the mornings and during the weekends all night there's quiet a bit of traffic passing by the house, it's quiet loud inside the house.
