Very cozy and clean place

Coffee capsules should be available starting from the check-in time, not from the breakfast only

The house is very cosy and clean in a nice village . If you are traveling by car through douro valley you can stop for the night. The room was big and new .

Unfortunately the baby crib was not suitable for our 1 year old child but for one night it was not a problem. Regarding the breakfast , it is very nice that we can prepare on our own however it would be great if extra coffee capsules, honey and some eggs are provided.

A wonderful place, completely remodeled with plenty of room. Highly recommend staying here.

No negative points

Breakfast was terrific and generous. Very hospitable, very clean, very comfortable. It felt like a really nice extra apartment in a family member’s house (that’s how hospitable it was). Very quiet area to get away from everything.

I was initially confused as to where to report to check in and get my keys, but it turned out to be a very short (20second) walk to the next building across from the parking area. The staff was friendly and ready so it wasn’t a big deal at all.

Very nice apartment with good facilities, including common lounge area and kitchen. Beautiful small village.

Communication could be improved. We asked for the WiFi password three times, and every time, we were provided with the same wrong password. The night before we left, we found the right password on a small sign in the lounge area. No apologies were provided afterwards. It is also good to know that food restaurants are quite far away, so you need a car. The information gap could be easily solved with some information in the rooms on WiFi, facilities in the hotel, and nearby restaurants.

Super lovely, clean and well renovated apartment. Small and peaceful village with lovely murals. Good breakfast with just baked bread. We really had a nice stay there.
