It was a nice, clean, spacious place. Nice owner brought me a ginger sweet when I arrived.

Miles from where you want to be. I dont know why its not mentioned that much in the other reviews, but it takes 40 minutes walking to get to the things you probably want to see.

This is the third time I’ve booked a room here, and it’s always my first choice when traveling to Hoi An. The hosts are welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrive. The location is conveniently close to the town, and the cleanliness and upkeep of the property are impeccable. I highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a wonderful and memorable experience!"

The owners were really nice and allowed me to borrow their bike for free to ride around Hoi An. Very nice property situated about 40min walk to the ancient town but not an issue as I enjoyed walking to and from. It’s located on a quiet street and there are many local shops and vegetables stalls just off the corner of the back roads too. I also discovered 2 cute cafes just 5-6mins walk from the property - Tu Tam Book Cafe and Phuc Nguyen Rose Garden Kafe. Pikamart is also 10 mins walk away. Genuinely enjoyed my stay here and think it’s such good value for money.

There’s abit of mould on the ceiling but the room is quite well ventilated.

"Beautiful location & kind host"

I stayed here for 4 days and definitely it became my green oasis in the hot and crowded Hoi An! The house was beautifully accompanied by lots of plants. The room itself was very clean and spacious. The host was very kind and helped me with my laundry. Definitely would stay here again if I am in Hoi An :)

Super clean, comfortable and a short walk into the main town, but still in a very peaceful quiet neighbourhood. Host was super friendly! a great deal!
