La casa è carina, ma ci sono alcuni aspetti da considerare. 1. Accesso scomodo: per arrivare alla struttura bisogna percorrere una stradina di sassi, poco illuminata e difficile da affrontare anche solo con un trolley. 2. Parcheggio lontano: il parcheggio è fuori dal paese e risulta davvero scomodo. 3. Riscaldamento a pagamento: ATTENZIONE, il riscaldamento si paga a parte. Capisco che riscaldare una casa di montagna abbia un costo, ma avrei preferito che questa informazione fosse indicata in modo molto più evidente al momento della prenotazione e non soltanto nelle “note importanti”. Ho scritto un messaggio WhatsApp all’host per chiedere chiarimenti; poco dopo mi ha bussato alla porta e, con toni forti e voce altina, mi ha detto che non aveva bisogno di “lucrare” sul riscaldamento, ma che semplicemente non ero stato attento durante la prenotazione e che, dato il prezzo basso della casa, avrei quasi dovuto essere contento. Alla fine ho pagato oltre 40 euro per due giorni, con una temperatura impostata a 17 gradi: direi non proprio poco. Salutiamoci.

La semplicità e allo stesso tempo la posizione stupenda. Inoltre anche la disponibilità e la gentilezza dell’host.

Vista mozzafiato e alloggio confortevole. Da ritornarci.

Ci è solo mancato il microonde.

Did not appreciate a surprisingly expensive heating bill tacked on at the end for what I felt was frugal use of the system. I don’t feel this was a necessary expense to add on to everything else we had paid and the effort of measuring the meter felt like I was doing my housework while on vacation.

They forgot to clean the house. We called and owner came immediately, and cleaned the house by himself while we had our dinner. It was because of a confusion beetween cleaner and the owner. He solved the problem and gave back one night's fee. The terrace of the house was wonderful. We had our dinners in the terrace with beautiful views and sunset. You won't find any restaurant with a view like this. This historical house is very cute. You have to walk about 200 meters after you park the car. The entrance of the house is hard to reach with your lagguage. We left one of the suitcases in the car. Last word We will not fotget the terrace.

The place is kept exceptionally clean Losah is kind and helpful. Sent a driver up to help with our luggage.

The approach to the room is precarious.

Dieses kleine, urige Haus liegt oberhalb von Tirano in einem Bergdorf. Das Steinhaus versprüht historischen Charme, aber die Anreise ist definitiv ein kleines Abenteuer: Die Straße erinnert eher an einen Pfad aus dem Mittelalter – holprig, steil und nichts für Rollkoffer. Wer mit einem Rucksack unterwegs ist und gut zu Fuß, wird es schaffen, aber der Weg vom Auto zur Unterkunft verlangt Trittsicherheit und Kondition. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, allerdings sollte man auch hier körperlich fit und eher schlank sein – alles ist klein, niedrig und verwinkelt. Beim Betreten gelangt man zunächst in eine niedliche kleine Küche, die sofort ein heimeliges Gefühl vermittelt. Um in die Schlafräume zu kommen, muss man eine steile Treppe erklimmen, die eher einer Leiter gleicht. Oben erwarten einen charmante Schlafräume mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Wohnzimmer erreicht man über eine andere Treppe, die wieder hinunterführt – dort gibt es ein kleines Sofa und einen Fernseher, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der fantastische Ausblick auf die Stadt Tirana – ein echtes Highlight, das den Aufenthalt abrundet. Wir waren für zwei Nächte dort und würden definitiv wieder buchen. Wer Abenteuer, Ursprünglichkeit und eine besondere Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig .

Schade, dass man erst erfährt, dass man den Schlüssel unten in der Stadt abholen muss, wenn man schon oben im Bergdorf angekommen ist
