Andrea was very friendly and helpful with recommending and booking dinner reservations for us and sending through information on visiting Bologna. Kitchen had everything required and the breakfast provided had plenty of options. The bed was very comfortable.

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful environment. The owner Andrea was very kind, he welcomed us and gave us many tips on what to see and where to eat in the area. The apartment was extremely clean and warm. You feel like you are at home. The breakfast was excellent. I have been to Italy many times, and this is definitely the best accommodation so far. Andrea is an extremely caring and supporting host. He was always for questions and valuable tips available. The apartment which consists of a living room, a kitchen with dining area, an extremely spacious bathroom and a bedroom. All is very spacious, clean and cosy. The apartment has its own entrance, private and gated parking and a lovely garden with seating for outdoor activities. A highly recommendable place to explore the whole Bologna area or just relax "at home"

Everything and every detail was thought of. The rooms were clean and lovely, and we simply adored the bathroom! The food options were big and varied. We also felt very welcome, and we loved the quietness after several days by Lago di Garda. Andrea gave us useful info about driving into Bologna. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The owner's involvement and valuable tips for sightseeing. Greeting and farewell with refreshments, he took care of a gluten-free breakfast for his son. Available and willing to help throughout your stay. Well-kept garden. Parking on a fenced, closed property.

The cleanliness of the facility should be improved, especially in the kitchen. An insect appeared in it. Make sure to regularly dust many decorations in the room. The cooker hood was in a deplorable condition, dust in many places has not been cleaned for many months. That's why I'm surprised by the 10/10 cleanliness reviews. When we pointed out the cleanliness, immediately after our departure from the property, he canceled our reservation (without our knowledge). This blocks the posting of opinions (I think this is not the first time). When we asked him via WhatsApp why he did that, he replied: "It is normal when a guest leaves early so you can recover the money spent on cleaning." No, this is not normal. As we were informed during the conversation with booking, such practices are used by facilities to avoid unfavorable opinions. After reporting the matter to booking, we were given the opportunity to leave an opinion again, and this way we were able to comment on the facility.
