They know the area is extremely cold, they offer a room with a double bed with no blanket, the extra blanket is a small blanket fit for a single bed. They put cups and coffee with a Kettle but no sugar and no milk. If you need a heater you must rent it for R200 and pay for the electricity to use the heater. Yoh! What a rip off

The only thing that we appreciated was the fact that they tried to make things right. The staff was friendly and accomadating They did offer a lot of wood on the house And did bring exstra milk,sugar and basically everything we asked

It was feezing cold,with no exstra blankets or heater. We did not have enough hot water. Wifi did not work. We had to keep on asking for exstra coffee,milk and sugar. The electrical meter went off saturday evening at 20h00 and we could not get hold of the manager or owner. Only the next morning 08h45,after i went to ask did they reloaded the electricity. Our bathroom light was not working. And the decoder was not there. We organiced a full breakfast,and it was not up to standard... i was really disappointed,especially after i explain how important this weekend was. At the end they tried to do the best they could. The horses had no food or bedding or water at night,and was not groomed. It was overalll exstremley frustrating And the network and with no electrisity it was worst. This broke my heart...

Reception services need to be revisited. IT WAS VERY COLD with no extra blanket.

Location was good. Owners were friendly.

No one came in to clean room in Sunday. No fan. Luckily we had our own fan.

It was closer to the convention I was attending

The bathroom did not have any curtains.

I liked the quiet and peaceful surroundings that contributed to peace rest. I also liked that it was not far from the place of worship that I was attending on the weekend.

It would have been more nice if we had a refrigerator in the room since we opted for self catering. In terms of privacy. The curtains for the front door is short and don't recover the whole windows. Also we didn't have any cover for the window in the bathroom. I hope to see those charges the next time come.
