Casa Aquila Mazunte

Location was good, providing bottled water was a bonus.

Very difficult to find the place. Google maps has the wrong directions and talking to the staff was not helpful. I was finally sent a map on what's app that was helpful. Signage could be improved. The place could use a good cleaning.

The location in the jungle means also many mosquitoes and other insects you wouldn't necessarily want in your room. The way to the place is not lit so at night you need a flashlight/phone Bed and pillow very hard/uncomfortable

The accommodation is in a very quiet area, but not far from the centre of Mazunte. It is also very close to another beach called San Agustinillo. They provided us with a well-equipped kitchen and water.

It was a bit hard to find this accommodation the first time and the road was not the best at that point. You can encounter unwelcome little friends (big insects) sometimes when you are not expecting them, but I suppose that is normal being so close to nature.
