All just perfect. Simone the owner, the room, the garden, the location, the birds in the morning, the perfect cappuccino, the recommended restaurants, the cats. Especially the cats. Loved it.

Lovely stay, Simone is an amazing person we really enjoyed sharing our experiences, breakfast was homemade and delicious ! We will come back again

Simone’s property was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed drinking wine in the garden and relaxing from the crowds. The authentic Tuscan feel of the room and property was fabulous , this was my husband’s favorite stop. Don’t miss out on the wonderful breakfast , and great conversation. Simone gave us great suggestions on dinner and wineries

The location was perfect if you like the countryside, away from all the noise of the city. It was a cute place, I like the structure cos I like all things old - they are full of history. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and also the blankets, which kept us from the cold of the night. It also has a nice garden.

It’s very cold. The heating in the room seems not enough, and it’s like colder in the room than outside. But doesn’t really matter for sleeping cos the blanket makes you warm.

Simone is a great host and did it all very well!

It really felt country style. The room was clean, spacious, well equipped and nicely decorated. Simone gave us great tips and was a great host.

It would be nice to have available water to drink the following evening.
