The bed was comfortable

The hotel is run down. The shower heads need some updating, lots of calcium build up and it’s not a nice shower experience at all. The bathroom had a smell that was quite unpleasant. The hotel just needs some updates.

We had to be moved during our stay because our toilet would not flush. Once moved we then had no refrigerator in our room and the view was terrible

Great location for access to everything.

Rooms are really tired and need a refurb. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly, carpet was stained and had grass and other stuff from people’s shoes. A real shame as it clearly was a lovely hotel. Spending too much on Art and not enough on rooms.

This hotel stay was one of the best stays I have ever had. The art gallery was amazing. The food in the restaurant was amazing. We also did a massage in the spa, and wow, their fingers are magic. This stay exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The most comfortable bed I have slept in a hotel. Will definitely be coming back!!
