The fact that I was going to Cycle and requested that I can check out when done so that I can shower as I was doing mountain.

The place is well taken care of and very clean.

There was an incident that happened, the owner promised us to meet one another halfway on the costs but he did not keep to his word. We settled all costs in any way.

We enjoyed our stay, we even came back a second time after some days. Rooms are enormous and very clean. Generous garden, more like a park, very nice pool. There's a small breakfast buffet and in addition you can order breakfast meals from a menue, plenty and nice. It was not difficult to find due to Google maps, and once through the gate it's just a couple of meters downhill and through perhaps a car length of very shallow water. 2 nice restaurants ver, close by (1 min by car), but dinner is also available, if booked beforehand. Extremely good communication. Shortly after booking we were already informed about details. Very friendly staff!

Overall excellent

Executive room was very spacious n comfortable.

Water issues need to be addressed. One of the rooms highlights is the spa bath tub but we had no hot water for 4 hours after check-in so could not use it. There also isn't enough hot water to use the bath and shower.
