La struttura sarà anche bella ma non curata nella pulizia. La camera molto sporca.

Location molto accogliente, con parcheggio comodo e bellissimo panorama. Ambienti pulitissimi e arredamento attento ai dettagli.

Il check out tassativo alle 10 del mattino è un po' presto in periodo vacanziero.

La location è molto buona, vicino alla città e all'ingresso con la superstrada per poi spostarsi ovunque. Il silenzio e la quiete della campagna è oro. Accesso alla struttura automatico con telecomando e tramite app sul proprio telefono evitano di diversi mettere in tasca una chiave da portarsi sempre appresso.

Il materasso, sfondato verso il centro. Se c'è una cosa che è fondamentale per un b&b o hotel è il letto. Deve esser comodo. Sarebbe un buon investimento. La tenda della doccia ha reso la pratica della stessa frustrante poiché con il vapore dell'acqua ti si appiccica sempre addosso e rende l'esperienza stressante e lo spazio vitale all'interno della stessa veramente risicato. Un bel box di plastica e il problema sarebbe risolto. Per la lavatrice, il servizio è a pagamento, e non è un problema per il costo in sé, ma per l'organizzazione sul poterla usare. Non è accessibile semplicemente pagando ma bisogna organizzarsi con l'host e non è usufruibile a proprio piacimento, e non sempre è possibile aspettare quando loro possono. Sarebbe un servizio eventualmente da non offrire più...o c'è o non c'è.

Posizione ottima, silenziosa e rilassante. Struttura accogliente, personale gentile e disponibile. Spazi comuni ben curati. Appartamento pulito e confortevole. Siamo stati molto soddisfatti. Lo consiglio vivamente. Posizione eccellente comoda alle città

If you like old style houses and lots of green then this is the place for you. Lovely pets around too and a very nice swimming pool. Owners keep to themselves but will help you if necessary.

The bed is horrible because the matras is old and hollowed out by previous sleepers. Not comfortable for more than one night. The shower curtain was not clean.

I loved the vintage vibe of the room, little kitchenette and the toilet. Beautiful surrounding with big garden and cute pets. Wifi was fast enough to get some work done. Room was clean, warm and cozy. I’m grateful for the possibility to check out half an hour later than expected. Good option if you have a car, with a close proximity to the center of Perugia.

The check in system was not the easiest as I had to download an app to be able to enter the room, however I never received the code to do so. I also never saw the lady owner, only her father who was helpful although he doesn’t speak English. Communication with her was ok but rather official and distanced. I told her about constant water leaking in the toilet, she didn’t respond. She also never replied to my very nice goodbye message.
