-Rather cheap for a last minute booking in tuscany; -Parking; -Although not my style, I appreciate the effort in bringing breakfast to the room, where it contains some local food. its different than your typical hotek breakfast. -if you want a more rustic booking, more agroturistic, its actually ok (no animals in the local tho).

Being a bit picky from a non agroturist: - The area around is kinda abandoned. Not much to do around, and worse pizza ever in restaurant next to. -The are is rather isolated and roads around are not the best.

Alessio was very arranging for a late arrival, the room was confortable. The shared bathroom was clean and the biggest highlight was the location in a beautiful village.

The place is at its beginnings but Alessio was really dedicated to improve everything.

Stanza bellissima e vista impagabile.

I materassi sono purtroppo da sostituire.

Wonderful view and very helpful at check in and check out. We only stayed one night but it was great. Thank you!!
