The rural setting was superb. Quiet and scenic.

Dutch language --no English WiFi code in pencil, almost unreadable. Not able to read anything at night, lights inadequate, half not lit up No fans operating in toilet or bathrooms. Wet floors because no shower curtains No shelves for shavers, clothes or towels. Nowhere to dry towels, no hooks anywhere, towels had to be place on the washbasin and therfore wet from the steam in the small shower room. Could not use mirror because it was fogged up from the shower. Sensor lights are a nightmare, noone could read anything whatsoever after sunset, thelights are grossly inadequate. Dirty dishes on sink and in dish washer--all remained from Thursday night until sometime on Saturday. Saturday night dishwasher still full of dirty dishes per our arrival.. Rubbish bin 3/4 full Thursday night, overfilled when we left Sunday morning. Bedroom door could not open fully because of 3 beds ina tiny room. Coffee almost empty so we left a full new jar. No teabags for ordinary tea. No milk in refrigerator on arrival nor any time after. Outdoor area a disgrace. Table with a superb rural scene was rotted, perhaps a1/3 crumbling away. However, noone could sit at the table as there were loose heaped stones covering the whole concerted area unde the table. Outdoor chairs, 2 were broken, three were ok. Lounges are dirty, and in very poor state of repair. and unclean Booking in time 6.00pm Noone there at 6.30/7.00pm to let us in, only a message in Dutch--we needed to stop a cyclist going by to call so we could get entry. If we could have had wifi we would have left immediatley but given the time of day when we did get in, was too late to seek alternate accommodation. Anyone who is comfortable in an average backpackers shared accommodation setting will find this place acceptable--few others would countenance such base living conditions.

We couldn't get out room key from the staff, they were unresponsive via the booking app and didn't answer the phone. We managed to access the property but spent the night on the couches. The shared areas were dirty.

The view, the vibes, this place has an awsome atmosphere. THe living room would be a perfect place for a christmas night. there is more rooms with bathroom whivch si also great thing

the bed, the sehhet was so unconfortabel, 2 matraces on a double bed.

Great location in the countryside but still very close to the city
