WiFi stopped working during the night/early morning but it was beyond their control as the entire Vodacom system went down in the region.

The hosts were friendly, and made contact with me before and during my 4,5 hour travel to the accommodation. We had a lovely social chat over drinks in their communal area, together with other guests. The parking was secure. and the garden lived up to its name: magical. The outside shower was beautiful (and there was also an inside shower.) I didn't expect such a beautiful venue and will definitely come back again when I need accommodation in Calvinia.

"The magical garden is absolutely magical"

The owners the owners were absolutely amazing, kind generous friendly and that makes all the difference to a stay. Absolutely love the riot of colours, hidden objects, comfortable chairs beautiful garden Can’t wait to visit again

Seem to be a slight issue with the hot water, but it didn’t spoil the trip

I had bad experience with Calvinia,the service is not good.

The room that was offered at a high price, no TV no wifi, Old beds. Unfortunately, I didn't take photos as I wanted to move out as quick as possible.
