等入住約等30分鐘才成功入住，聯絡闆娘時，像失憶般的忘記前10分鐘才通過電話，完全不知道我們已經在現場久候😓

入住流程非常混亂，整體管理幾乎不存在。 當天臨時訂房並完成轉帳付款（房價2419元）。抵達民宿時現場完全沒有工作人員，也沒有任何入住指示，只能自行打電話詢問。 聯絡後才被告知需要自行開車約5公里到另一個地點拿鑰匙。旅途已經很疲累，卻還要再跑一趟拿鑰匙，讓人相當無言。 更令人傻眼的是，對方還要求我順便幫另一組客人拿鑰匙。我表示不方便後，對方竟然說「當作做善事」。 身為付費住客卻被要求協助處理其他客人的入住問題，這樣的情況真的第一次遇到。 另外，入住過程中還被要求用LINE提供身分證資料。由於涉及個人資料安全，我並沒有提供。一般住宿通常是現場查驗證件，要求透過LINE傳送個資也讓人感到不太安心。 回到房間後，總電源也需要自己操作打開，很多事情幾乎都要客人自己處理。 整體住宿過程讓人感覺民宿只負責收費，其餘入住流程幾乎沒有任何管理或服務。 老實說，如果不是小孩想住火車主題房，當下真的會直接離開不住。 最讓人失望的是，即使入住過程如此混亂，房價也沒有任何折扣或補償。 住過不少民宿，這是第一次遇到這樣的住宿體驗。 The check-in process was extremely confusing, and overall management seemed almost nonexistent. I made a same-day booking and completed the payment (TWD 2,419). When I arrived at the property, there were no staff members on site and no instructions for check-in. I had to call the host myself just to figure out how to enter. After contacting them, I was told that I needed to drive about 5 km to another location to pick up the key. After a long trip, having to drive somewhere else just to get the key was very frustrating. What surprised me even more was that they asked me to help pick up keys for another group of guests as well. When I said I couldn’t do that, they replied that I should “treat it as doing a good deed.” Being asked to handle another guest’s check-in as a paying customer was something I have never experienced before. In addition, I was asked to send my ID information through LINE for registration. Because this involves personal data, I did not feel comfortable providing it that way. Normally, accommodations verify ID in person, and sending personal information through a messaging app does not feel secure. After returning to the room, even the main power had to be turned on manually, and many things had to be handled by guests themselves. Overall, it felt like the property only handled the payment, while the rest of the check-in process and management were left entirely to the guests. Honestly, if my child had not wanted to stay in the train-themed room, I would have left immediately.
