Elaion Guesthouse

Room, bathroom and furnishings were very tired and in need of renovation. Staff were not welcoming or hospitable, did not engage or show any interest. Breakfast was poor being mostly processed food rather than local produce or home made. Would say overpriced for quality of experience. We left a day early.

Love the view of the mountains and the traditional feel of the place. Nice pool. Near fabulous Louisos gorge scenic trails and historic sites. Close to tourist-friendly historic villages Stemnitsa and Dimitsana. The owners and staff are super nice and friendly.

Nearby barking dogs and construction/maintenance noise disturbed what could have been a very peaceful place. Accommodations are traditional which looks charming but beware - is in rustic condition.

Unser Zimmer hatte einen eigentümlichen Charme. Man kommt sich vor wie in einer mittelalterlichen Burg. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Besitzer sehr freundlich.

Rien j'ai trouvé porte fermée, jamais pu séjourner malgré ma résa.

Réservé mais une fois sur place personne, j'appelle et une dame me répond qu'ils sont fermés. Nous avons du faire 30 minutes de route, tard dans la fin de journée, pour trouver autre chose.. comble c'est que ma résa annulé pour surbooké. Quand on ne peut recevoir on ferme son planning, je sais de quoi je parle je gère aussi un hébergement c'est pourtant simple. Le seul bon point est que cette dame m'a rappelé pour me dire qu'elle avait trouvé une chambre pour nous, mais trop tard!

Zimmer süss, Personal freundlich. Frühstück lecker. Lage klasse!

Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung. Selbst der Mülleimer im Bad, in den auch das benutzte Toilettenpapier kam, wurde nicht gelehrt. Emailkommunikation im Vorfeld funktionierte nicht richtig.

Nice guest and beautiful room. Excellent breakfast. Quant village with a good atmosphere.

I'm sensitive to noise so the barking dogs in the neighborhood bothered me a bit. But this is a general issue in Greek villages. Not to be held against this charming B&B.
