Excellent location, very friendly staff, amazing breakfast, free parking spot, comfortable room

No blackout curtains, not dark enough

The situation to the lakes very good . The pool and pool area was excellent and the breakfasts were very good

I booked a deluxe room and requested a ground floor room .The room I was given was extremely dark in both situation and decor so much so that I had to have the lights on all of the time .The bed linen and towels also very dark and didn’t look clean even though I’m sure they were. There was no tea or coffee making facilities even though the hotel were rating themselves a 4star I requested a kettle from the receptionist on duty at the time and he reluctantly provided me with one but No cups Spoons tea or coffee !!! So I had to wait until a new receptionist was on duty to get them .The shower was tiny plastic cubicle and the drainage very slow

great breakfast, big room, nice staff (specially the lady from the breakfast)

hotel is a bit outdated
